The basic fees for the full scope of our professional services for all interior works shall be on a percentage basic of all the works falling within our consultation. Our fees shall include surveying, preparing layout drawings, designing, preparing working drawings and schedule of quantities with material specifications inviting quotations from prospective contractors, periodic supervision of work, checking and certifying bills for payments.

The scope of our services shall include preparing layout plan and coordinating various services such as carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical works, tiling and flooring, false ceiling, furniture and fabrics, carpeting, fittings and fixtures, general painting and polishing work.
